Diana and Lei have been in the property industry for over 10 years, owning a successful management rights company, managing multiple complexes across the North-side of Brisbane, plus also own a residential build company specialising in the design and build of luxury canal frontage homes, duplexes and townhouses. This husband and wife make a formidable team with their complimentary skill-set.

Diana is a fully qualified Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) giving her a thorough understanding and appreciation of project finances, budgets, build costs and running a project to time.  Her ability to find a solution that meets your needs is uncanny and a complete asset to have on your side with your fitout project.

Construction Manager

Lei is a qualified Architect, having worked and gained his qualification in Europe, honing his skills on a plethora of commercial and residential projects before arriving in Australia.  These invaluable skills give Lei the ability to bring to life a client’s vision and a thorough knowledge of design principles means the team is at the forefront of design excellence.  More recently Lei has followed his passion in the build side of the fitout process and has delivered high-end homes.

Lei has an innate ability to take a client’s vision and design and deliver a stunning fitout that exceeds everyone’s expectations and when combined with Diana’s financial wizardry and eye for detail, means that your space will be the pinnacle of design and execution excellence, managed to budget and timeframe.
