Dave Heraud – Managing Director
After commencing his career in both the finance and insurance sectors, Dave has spent the past decade letting his entrepreneurial aptitude take over. After owning and operating multiple national franchise sites, as well as owning a medical clinic, Dave desired to take his business nous into the building industry and in mid-2014, Matt Ely and himself partnered to commence Total Fitouts Moreton Shire. That venture has flourished, culminating in their franchise being awarded National Franchise of the Year in both 2015 and 2016, and has also allowed them to also kickoff Total Fitouts Sunshine Coast. Although he has completed fitouts in every major category in the industry, Dave has spent the majority of his time specialising on both the medical and hospitality fitouts. As well as coordinating the key staff members of his franchises, Dave’s main role is to form and develop relationships with key architects, commercial agents and tenancy coordinators.
Matt Ely – Managing Director
With over 22 years in the construction industry, as a qualified carpenter, joiner and builder, Matt has worked on almost every type of project imaginable. Matt ran his own construction company for a decade, as well as being a multiple site owner of national franchise stores for 7 years. Since partnering up with Dave Heraud in 2014, Matt has had the ability to combine his construction craftsmanship, with his business acumen to develop both Total Fitouts Moreton Shire and Sunshine Coast. As the head Construction Manager for the franchises, Matt has been able to win and build fitouts in every major sector in the market.
Dave Bodkin – Sales Director
After spending the last seven years owning one of the largest signage companies on the Sunshine Coast, co-ordinating brands such as Jetts Fitness, Howard’s Storage and Ripcurl, Dave has recently bought his experience to the Total Fitouts team. Co-ordinating the sales and marketing direction of the franchise, Dave plays the pivotal role of generating and developing all client relationships.
Sam Fillery – Project Manager
After completing his carpentry and builder’s qualifications, Sam has spent the past 10 years managing shop fitting projects around Australia, before bringing his skills to the Total Fitouts team at the start of 2016. Previously working as a project manager for some of Australia’s largest shopfitters, Sam brings an impressive list of achievements to the Total Fitouts team including running projects in excess of $30 million, winning Masters Builders Awards for two of his sites, as well working for brands including Westpac, Sheraton and Optus.
Amanda Vietheer – Project Coordinator
Amanda has grown through the ranks of the construction industry over the past 5 years, to become a vital cog in the Total Fitouts team. After exceeding in her roles as estimator and contracts administrator, her rapid progression and natural skill-set has lead her to become the teams Project Coordinator. From initial client conversations to job completion, Amanda manages the workflow of every job that the franchise undertakes, to insure that the process is completed flawlessly.
