Brett’s Total Fitouts journey began five years ago, in Adelaide. Starting out on the tools, taking on small fitout jobs, nowadays Brett employs twenty staff (including a design and a construction team), two franchise locations (Adelaide Central and Malvern) and a joinery factory.

Last year alone Brett hit turnover in excess of $10 million.

His success didn’t happen overnight.

Brett’s hard work, commitment and determination, supported by Total Fitouts systems, people and brand, has seen him celebrate $22 million turnover in just 5 years!

Whilst running his own fit out company, Jeremy (MD), saw the opportunity to create a robust ‘concept to completion’ fitout franchise model, designed to support, develop and grow talented entrepreneurial construction experts and builders.

The Total Fitouts brand was born.

Hospitality to a fitout business

In buying a Total Fitouts business, Peter’s aim was to expand his horizons and enjoy a fast-paced, creative and diverse change – moving from a hospitality business into a fitout business.

Peter found his passion for commercial fitouts after fitting out several of his own successful hospitality and retail businesses. Having owned and operated many different businesses, Peter’s personal journey with retail and hospitality saw him thrive in the B2B space at Total Fitouts.

Now 4 years in, Peter has capacity to run multiple large scale projects at once with a permanent and growing team and two Total Fitouts businesses – Surry Hills and Parramatta.

Once established, Brad uses his years of business expertise and prowess to develop unique, realistic, achievable business plans for each franchise partner.

Harnessing his many years of experience as both a business and life coach, Brad’s key role is to guide franchise partners to personal success. Brad adds value every step of the way; from helping navigate the unknowns of a new start up and financial management to business support and life coaching. His wealth of knowledge and experience is the result of an established career in business management, including owning a successful business consultancy firm. Brad holds a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Queensland University of Technology and a Diploma in Business Coaching from The Coaching Institute.

Brad’s business mentoring, coaching and support is a primary resource for Total Fitouts franchise partners; Brad delivers guidance and advice to every franchise partner on their journey to a successful and thriving business.
