Warren has 20 year’s experience in the building and construction industry both in the UK and Australia, in residential and commercial building. Commercial builds are his passion, especially in the retail and hospitality industries in his home town Hervey Bay.  His deep understanding of all building materials, techniques and innovations means projects are delivered with a superior finish every time and a professional customer centric approach.

Annet Maurer
Project/ Admin Manager

Annet is the Project Manager for the Total Fitouts Wide Bay office. Her role involves coordinating and scheduling supplies, deliveries, and trades for upcoming fitouts. Working closely with the client, she coordinates all the activities that lead up to the day the site supervisor takes over the day-to-day running of the site and construction begins. Annet has worked on a variety of fitout projects across hospitality, retail, office, wellness & beauty and fitness industries. She has a wide scope of experience gained from managing numerous, and sometimes unusual shop fitouts. Annet has been involved with fitting out everything from a fish market to a French Provincial style bakery. Her varied experience means she is always learning something new about different commercial industries, which certainly keeps her on her toes and her brain in high gear.

David Buturlin
Site Supervisor

David is the site supervisor for Total Fitouts Wide Bay office. He is the shopfitting professional who ensures the clients’ plans match the commercial fitouts reality. He manages the safety of the site and trades, as well as overseeing the work done by the various teams. Basically, his role is “answering one million questions a day while onsite” and problem-solving each scenario. He values working with good quality trade people, interacting with clients and prides himself delivering quality projects, on time and to budget. 

David comes from a mostly residential building background both here in Australia and for many years in the UK, as well as civil works in Melbourne in his younger years. He moved his family back to Australia after realising London was a tough place to raise a young family. He has enjoyed being in the Hervey Bay area for the past 7 years with his wife of 15 years and their two teenage boys.

David enjoys a good self-deprecating joke, riding motorcycles and watching his boys play footy.

Misa Yuzuriha
Commercial Interior Design

Misa has over 5 years of experience working as a construction manager and architect, specifically in residential and hotel construction. She has since extended her expertise over to the commercial construction industry where she can utilise her skills from previous roles.

Misa enjoys commercial interior design as she gets to collaborate with clients and work to get their desired commercial fit out dreams become a reality, making her your next commercial interior designer for your commercial fitout project in Wide Bay and surrounds.

Outside of work, Misa loves going scuba diving, surfing and playing oztag and softball, keeping active where she can. Misa is a registered architect with a Bachelor degree.
