Warren brings over 20 years of extensive experience in the building and construction industry, having worked across both the UK and Australia in residential and commercial sectors. His true passion lies in commercial builds, particularly within the retail and hospitality industries in his hometown of Hervey Bay.
With a deep understanding of building materials, innovative construction techniques, and evolving industry trends, Warren ensures that every commercial fitout is delivered to the highest standard with precision and craftsmanship. Holding multiple qualifications, including a Modern Apprenticeship in Engineering, a Certificate III in Bricklaying, a Certificate IV in Project Management, a Certificate IV in Building & Construction, and a Diploma in Building & Construction, Warren possesses both the technical knowledge and project management skills to lead complex fitouts with confidence. Annet Maurer
Project/ Admin Manager
Annet is the Project Manager for the Total Fitouts Wide Bay office. Her role involves coordinating and scheduling supplies, deliveries, and trades for upcoming fitouts. Working closely with the client, she coordinates all the activities that lead up to the day the site supervisor takes over the day-to-day running of the site and construction begins. Annet has worked on a variety of fitout projects across hospitality, retail, office, wellness & beauty and fitness industries.
She has a wide scope of experience gained from managing numerous, and sometimes unusual shop fitouts. Annet has been involved with fitting out everything from a fish market to a French Provincial style bakery. Read more
Her varied experience means she is always learning something new about different commercial industries, which certainly keeps her on her toes and her brain in high gear. Annet comes from a long background of administrative work in a wide variety of sectors, though the building industry is new to her. She has been happily married for over 22 years and has a 15-year-old son. She’s Dutch-Canadian-Australian and despite living in Australia for two long chunks over 20 years, she hasn’t yet adapted to the heat of the sub-tropics. She loves all kinds of crafting like cross-stitch and sewing, recently taught herself how to weld and is just learning how to play the wrong kind of hockey.

David Buturlin
Site Supervisor
David is the site supervisor for Total Fitouts Wide Bay office. He is the shopfitting professional who ensures the clients’ plans match the commercial fitouts reality. He manages the safety of the site and trades, as well as overseeing the work done by the various teams. Basically, his role is “answering one million questions a day while onsite” and problem-solving each scenario. He values working with good quality trade people, interacting with clients and prides himself delivering quality projects, on time and to budget. Read more
David comes from a mostly residential building background both here in Australia and for many years in the UK, as well as civil works in Melbourne in his younger years. He moved his family back to Australia after realising London was a tough place to raise a young family. He has enjoyed being in the Hervey Bay area for the past 7 years with his wife of 15 years and their two teenage boys.
David enjoys a good self-deprecating joke, riding motorcycles and watching his boys play footy.
