Telia is one of Total Fitouts Sunshine Coast South’s talented design team. Holding a Diploma in Building Design through TAFE QLD, she’s down to earth, creative & has an eye for trends in design.

Telia specialises in drafting and high-end design, taking inspiration from digital platforms and modern design. She is passionate about bringing clients visions to life has the capability to envision a space as she walks through. Telia loves working closely with her clientele and enjoys setting them up for design success. She uses problem solving and ‘outside the box’ thinking to align her client’s visions and expectations in line with their spending capacity 

Outside of work Telia enjoy spending quality time with friends and family. You can often find her at the beach and enjoy the Sunshine Coast’s natural environment.  

Ishoa Scozzafava
Commercial Interior Designer

Ishoa (pronounced ‘Ish-oh-ah”) is one of Total Fitouts Sunshine Coast South’s talented design team. Boasting a photographic memory, an immaculate eye for detail and natural flair for style. Her grounded confidence and design capability leaves our clients feeling taken care of, every time.

Ishoa has a Diploma of Interior Design and Decoration from Sydney Design School. Couple with her 20+ years of client liaison and customer service, she has the creativity, relationship skills and experience to make her talented, capable, design all-rounder. Ishoa’s joy is to collectively collate commercial design concepts, together with clients’ wishes and style elements, into one cohesive, harmonious, finished design.

Ishoa loves travel and making the most of life experiences with her young family. She collects design and style inspiration wherever she goes. 

Kayla Nicholson
Contracts Administrator and Client Accounts Liaison

Kayla is the gun contract administrator/Client accounts liaison of the Total Fitouts Sunshine Coast team. She takes the stress away from her colleagues by handling all the accounts, payable and receivable. Kayla is also responsible for creating contracts and manages all the boring legal and accounting documentation, which is essential to keep the office running smoothly. She ensures jobs are run on budget, and that everyone is paid on time. 

Kayla is the accounting point of contact for our clients throughout jobs. She ensures our valuable clients are kept up to date and notified in relation to everything invoicing and contracts. 

As well as working part time she juggles 4 lively daughters at home. In the Total Fitouts Sunshine Cost office she is known as the “real boss” and the “HR Manager”. Kayla’s bubbly personality and positive attitude keeps the office vibrant and happy!

Angela Kang
Business Development Manager & Commercial Interior Designer

Angela has many years of experience in her field, adeptly blending the realms of commercial interior design, sales, and marketing. She brings a fresh perspective that harmoniously bridges aesthetics and practicality, along with her expertise in the industry making her an ideal partner for your Sunshine Coast and surrounds design to commercial fitout projects.

With her credentials as a Qualified Interior Designer, as well as experience in Business, Angela possesses knowledge that spans a diverse range of industries. With over eight years of customer service experience, her approach is characterised by collaboration, empathy and customer experience, ensuring each client’s journey is both enjoyable and rewarding. Her love of design, colour theory and storytelling ensures that every project is detailed with personality and conveys the client’s brand and goals clearly. Angela’s drive to ensure her clients’ dream fitout is achieved makes her suitable in her current position in design as well as business development.

Outside of work, you can find Angela exploring the latest exhibitions, enjoying musicals, painting, or simply brunching somewhere!

Kane Tyson
Project Manager

Kane has a passion for people management, communication, leadership and problem-solving, driving him to get experience in Project Management in the commercial construction industry. Ex-army serviceman, Kane was driven to bring client’s commercial fit out visions into reality by using his customer service skills but also expertise in communication.

Kane has previously project managed commercial fit out projects, combining problem solving with people management skills, making him your go to Project Manager to execute your next commercial fitout on time and to budget.

Outside of work, Kane enjoys spending time with family and exploring the outdoors, supporting Richmond tigers and playing AFL when he can. His qualifications include a Diploma in Project Management, Cert III in Business and a Cert III in WH&S.
