Peter Zafis
Managing Director
Peter found his passion for commercial fitouts after fitting out several of his own successful hospitality and retail businesses. While owning and operating an array of different businesses (pizza shops, bars, barber shops and an aluminium distribution business), Peter had an opportunity to explore different styles and understand the different needs in each business space. From here Peter went on to larger-scale projects, shopfitting for the Miranda Westfield Shopping Centre.
Peter is perfectly suited to a B2B operation such as Total Fitouts, because he has personal experience coupled with the understanding of small business needs and in turn, great intuition when it comes to understanding and conceptualising the client’s hopes and dreams for a space.

Jason Catalano
Project Manager
Jason has been managing commercial and residential projects for over 10 years, starting an electrical trade in 2008 and more recently running his own successful electrical contracting business before joining the Surry Hills team.
He has an impeccable eye for detail and planning which combined with his problem solving and communication skills ensures projects run smoothly.
He is your go to man to execute your project on time and to budget and his creative and inquisitive nature always means that any challenges are dealt with quickly and easily. With Jason on your side your project will be a stand out.

Nick Karatsioli
Site Supervisor
Nick has over 2 decades of experience in the construction industry, he started in construction with bricklaying, concreting, framing and as a finishing carpenter, eventually building his way to site manager. He enjoys how fast paced the industry is, how different each day is and the constant challenges.
He is highly skilled in the day to day management of trades, his brilliant communication skills, his ability to meet tight deadlines and his high standards allow him to deliver quality fitouts. He enjoys seeing something start from nothing then come to life at project completion. With Nick carrying out the build of your project, you can trust that he will deliver a high quality fitout to your timeline.

Estimator/ Project Coordinator
Moji has a background in construction projects as well as 7 years of hospitality management. He wanted to combine the best of both worlds and be part of a business that delivers sustainable designs and help bring them to life.
He is adaptive and flexible, fast paced environments bring out the best in him and he only thrives under pressure. His brilliant problem solving skills and strengths in technology, data and system analysis allow him to make existing processes better and more efficient. Moji is the glue to the team and with him on your project, you can rest assured your project will run efficiently.

Lynuz Macalalad
Commercial Interior Designer
Lynuz Macalalad has a strong passion in the commercial interior design and commercial fitout industry, having previous experience working on residential and commercial projects. Lynuz has also designed a variety of industry projects such as restaurants, beauty clinics and event spaces, making him your ideal commercial interior designer for your next fitout space.
Lynuz loves being constantly being challenged and grow with every project that he handles, and seeing a design and vision come to life and being able to see the client’s reaction when their commercial fitout dream becomes a reality. Lynuz has multiple qualifications including a Diploma in Interior Design and Decoration, and a Bachelor of Arts and Visual Communication.
Outside of work, Lynuz likes to keep himself busy in his spare time, catching up with friends and family, exploring new places, shopping, attending various events or unwinding at the gym.
