Construction Manager
Stuart has over 24 years experience in the construction industry in the UK and Australia. Trained as a Carpenter, Stuart prides himself on his knowledge of government regulations and OSHA compliance obligations, meaning that he can navigate the approvals and certifications process with ease and that your project is in the safest of hands.
Combined with his vast industry knowledge and perfectly honed project management skills, Stuart and the Perth team are ideally placed to deliver a standout fitout on time and to budget.
Qualifications: Diploma in Building and Construction, Diploma in Project Management, City & Guilds NVQ Level 2 Carpentry & Joinery.

Office Manager
Sophie’s background is in retail and office management, concentrating on commercial fitouts and the building industry over the last 4 years, and has a real passion for the industry.
Project estimation and making sure you get the best value for your budget are paramount for Sophie, so listening to your needs and your brief are a critical part of the role. Sophie will be your first point of contact and on hand throughout your project making sure your every need is looked after and that your experience with the Perth team is exemplary.
Faultless customer service comes naturally to Sophie and bringing your vision to life is what makes her tick.
Director – Kardan Construction
Frank has been a part of the Wilco Electrical family since the company’s inception in 2006. He started as an apprentice and his technical skill, managerial ability, and leadership aptitude, saw him move quickly from electrician, to Site Supervisor, then into a Project Manager position. Fast forward a few years and he is now company Director and co-owner of Wilco Electrical, Kardan Construction & Tjuart Architects, forming the Kaya group.
The Kaya Group and Kardan Construction design and deliver some of WA’s most stand-out commercial builds, but moreover pledge to create more job opportunities for Aboriginal people. As a proud Whadjuk Noongar Shaw family descendant, Frank’s mission is to open up new pathways to support Aboriginal people in construction roles with 20 apprenticeships this year alone.
