Stuart Organ
Director and Construction Manager

Stuart has over 24 years experience in the construction industry in the UK and Australia.  Trained as a Carpenter, Stuart prides himself on his knowledge of government regulations and OSHA compliance obligations, meaning that he can navigate the approvals and certifications process with ease and that your project is in the safest of hands.

Combined with his vast industry knowledge and perfectly honed project management skills, Stuart and the Perth South team are ideally placed to deliver a standout fitout on time and to budget.

Qualifications: Diploma in Building and Construction, Diploma in Project Management, City & Guilds NVQ Level 2 Carpentry & Joinery.

Sharon Organ
Director and Office Manager

Sharon, Director of the business since the inception, is also the Office Manager at Total Fitouts Perth South. Sharon is the glue that cements this family business, offering administrative competence and expertise to support Stuart and the team. As well as administration, team mentoring and ensuring the office runs smoothly, Sharon manages client relations, loves styling and dabbles in social media. 

Sharon says, “My interests are meeting clients and helping to deliver the projects at the end stages. In this industry and current climate this is a daily challenge, and the goal posts are constantly moving, but I enjoy it and I’m never bored.”

Outside the office Sharon is a mother of 3 and we has 5 grandchildren who she enjoys spending quality time with every weekend. 

Trehna Rouse
Finance Manager and Contracts Administrator

An Ex Pat from the UK, born in Coventry, West Midlands and living in Roleystone, Western Australia. Trehna is a CIMA qualified UK Accountant but chooses to look after Total Fitouts Perth South’s finances in her ‘golden years’.

Trehna spent many years as Club Accountant at Royal Freshwater Bay Yacht Club, whilst supporting NFP’s as their Honorary Treasurer. She has also worked for a local building company, gaining industry knowledge.

Trehna has over 40 years of experience in various industries, she specialises in progressive technology in the finance field, and likes to teach others in these areas. She is a very driven individual, a great team member, and likes to be inclusive in all she does. Outside work, Trehna has 2 grown up children, and a supportive husband – Steve. She also has a well-known furchild called Sir Sunny of Araluen ‘Sunny’. In her free time likes walking, swimming, going to the gym and chilling with a glass of wine.

Leah Bennet
Commercial Interior Designer

Leah has been in the commercial design industry for over 6 years, working predominately in the residential space as well as commercial design with her own business, Leah Paige Designs. She has successfully designed spaces for display homes, new builds, renovations, commercial office fitouts, commercial hospitality shopfits, commercial retail fit outs and product design.

Leah loves being able to create immersive interiors for clients and have an impact on the customer experience and how people interact with the space. She also loves problem solving and nutting out the finer details and working with tight spaces to provide smart design choices and the best solutions for clients.

Perth born, Leah outside of work loves to walk her dog, go to the gym, check out new restaurants and tend to her indoor plants. Some of Leah’s qualifications include Billy Blue College of Design 2018 – Bachelor of Design Commercial, and a Bachelor of Art – contemporary performance and theatre studies WAAPA.

Mable Joy
Administration

Mable has been an accounting staff member for over 2 years within the construction industry, performing tasks such as monitoring accounts receivable, budget tracking, matching supporting invoices to procurement documents and verifying invoices for payment. She also worked with clients in a customer facing role as well as bookkeeping as part of her many administration and accounting skills.

Mable loves working with people and asking questions, sharing ideas and valuing a healthy work-life balance. She also loves working with clients and being customer orientated, constantly building on her skills and problem solving.

Outside of work, Mable enjoys watching movies and exploring the city with friends, finding hidden gems and just enjoying the urban landscape. She has also been working on a Certificate IV in Business and Diploma in Business in Western Australia, but already has a Bachelor in Science, Business Administration-Financial Management.

James Lloyd
Carpenter

Meet James, a skilled labourer with over two years of experience in the commercial construction industry. With a knack for turning the ordinary into extraordinary, James has spent the last two years mastering the art of shopfitting, showcasing his skills in labouring. Each day in the commercial shopfitting industry is a new day for him to learn and extend on his skills, furthing his expertise.

While Jame’s journey in qualifications is a work in progress, he is currently on the path to securing his Cert III in Carpentry. The pursuit of knowledge and skill enhancement is a commitment he take seriously.

James loves his role as it offers variety and that no two days are the same. The constant challenge of encountering something different keeps the job fresh, exciting, and ever-evolving. Currently located in Cockburn, James has been part of the community for an impressive 21 years. His knowledge of the area offers an advantage, mirroring the dedication and knowledge in his role.

Outside of work, James is often immersed in his passion project – working on my car. Mornings often kick off with a burst of energy as he dedicates time to a morning workout routine, setting the tone for a productive day.

James is committed to bringing his current skills, dedication, and passion to every commercial fitout project, ensuring excellence in craftsmanship and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Cinthia Yshida
Interior Designer

Cinthia has over 5 years of experience working as a site supervisor and site manager for retail and commercial fit-outs. Her previous experience was in the hospitality industry, primarily with restaurants in Peru. She worked for a few companies, a concept designer and construction company for restaurants, and NGR, the owner of franchised fast food establishments. Cinthia holds an architecture degree from Ricardo Palma University in Lima, Peru.

Cinthia loves the diversity of projects, and finds the work environment to be the best she has ever experienced, providing her with confidence and a strong sense of belonging. Along with her many years of experience in the commercial fitout industry, Cinthia is your go-to commercial interior designer for you next dream fit out.

Cinthia currently lives in Perth, near the CBD, having moved there with her partner in early 2024. In her spare time, she enjoys hanging out with her husband and friends, engaging in outdoor activities, riding her bicycle, walking around the city to explore new places, and playing soccer. Additionally, Cinthia loves planning trips to different cities or countries and learning about their culture and tourist attractions.
