Ariana brings three years of expertise in architectural and commercial interior design, focusing on the hospitality, retail, and residential sectors. Her career began with Rafo Alfaro in 2020, where she specialised in residential design. This role involved creating personalised living environments meticulously tailored to align with clients’ visions and lifestyle preferences. In 2022, she transitioned to GML Architects, where she expanded her commercial design expertise to include hospitality and retail projects. At GML, Ariana thrived in a collaborative team environment, contributing to the development of innovative and aesthetically compelling designs. Her qualifications as an architectural draftsperson have equipped her with a strong foundation in design principles and technical skills, enabling her to effectively bring creative concepts to fruition.

Living in Braddon, ACT for the past three months, Ariana finds great satisfaction in her work, especially in researching companies to ensure her commercial designs resonate with their style and ethos. She is passionate about discovering new materials and design trends that can elevate each project, making them truly stand out. Kristina has a diverse background in government roles, having worked for the Australian Government from 2018 to 2023 in Sydney and Canberra. Her career includes positions in the Identity Department, Citizenship Department, Australian Border Force, and finally ACLEI, now known as the National Anti-Corruption Commission. Through these roles, she has developed a broad range of skills and a deep understanding of governmental operations. Alongside her professional experience, Kristina is also a qualified personal trainer and horticulturist, showcasing her commitment to both physical well-being and the environment.

Currently residing in Croatia for the past year, Kristina now works for TFO Canberra North remotely and finds immense satisfaction in building something from the ground up and learning new skills in a completely different industry. She enjoys working for people she cares about and seeing the tangible results of her efforts. In her spare time, Kristina loves going to the gym, visiting the beach, embarking on adventures to new places, gardening, and generally being outdoors in nature. A passionate soccer fan, she supports the Croatian National team. Her multifaceted interests and experiences reflect a dynamic and adaptable professional with a zest for both personal and professional growth.

Interior Designer

Ida has an extensive background in interior design, having worked for IKEA as an Interior Designer for two years, followed by 1.5 years at YBH Design Studio, and two years at Lati Design Studio. Additionally, she spent five years working in Taiwan as an Interior Designer, which enriched her experience with diverse design perspectives and practices. Throughout these roles, Ida has honed her skills in transforming spaces to evoke specific emotions and bring clients’ visions to life. Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture and a Diploma of Interior Design and Decoration, both of which have provided her with a strong foundation in design principles and practical application.

Living in Canberra since 2014, Ida finds immense satisfaction in her work, particularly in seeing a project come to life from conception to completion. She loves the ability to transform spaces and create environments that resonate emotionally with clients. In her spare time, Ida enjoys hiking and traveling, activities that further fuel her creative inspiration and passion for exploring new landscapes and cultures. These experiences continuously inform her design work, allowing her to bring a fresh and dynamic perspective to each project she undertakes.

Shannon Lukas
Site Manager

Shannon has worked in the building industry for over six years, specialising in high-end homes, with a recent focus on commercial construction over the past two years. As a qualified carpenter, Shannon completed his apprenticeship working alongside Total Fitouts Canberra North Directors Marko and Nathan.

Shannon loves being in a crucial role within commercial fitouts as he gets to oversee construction projects, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and according to plan. He loves being responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders, managing on-site activities, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Shannon also loves collaborating with clients and delivering high-quality results.

Shannon has lived in Canberra for 24 years and maintains an active lifestyle in his free time, enjoying activities such as going to the gym, hiking, running, snowboarding, and riding motorbikes.

Harry Jin
Estimator

Harry has a strong background in construction management, having worked as an Estimator and Project Coordinator for over two and a half years. He spent over two and a half years overseeing projects and estimating costs, honing his skills in project coordination and construction management. His expertise is backed by a Master’s degree in Construction Management from the University of Melbourne, equipping him with the skills to manage complex projects efficiently. Throughout his career, Harry has developed a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of project coordination, ensuring seamless execution from planning to completion.

Based in Gungahlin, ACT, where he has lived for the past 2.5 years, Harry enjoys working in a supportive team environment with a balanced workload. He finds great satisfaction in collaborating with colleagues and seeing projects come to life. Outside of work, he spends his spare time playing basketball, which allows him to stay active and unwind. His passion for both his profession and personal interests contributes to a well-rounded approach to life and work.
