Matt is a qualified carpenter and builder with over 21 years experience in the construction industry.  Spanning both residential and commercial builds from architectural design construction and home renovations,  to commercial builds across education, retirement and industry sectors.

The diversity in design, materials and finishes used in the commercial space are his passions and coupled with his desire to help clients build their dream are what motivate him to go above and beyond.

Isabella Read
Accounts and Administration Officer

Isabella is a driven accounts and administrative officer at Total Fitouts Brisbane Inner South with a passion for all things business. Born and raised on the Sunshine Coast, Isabella developed an early interest in the business, which led her to pursue a bachelor’s degree with a focus on Marketing and Public Relations and Queensland University of Technology.

As the accounts and administrative officer, Isabella is responsible for managing accounts receivable and payable, creating invoices, and maintaining accurate records of all transactions. She has also played a crucial role in the company’s administrative operations, such as managing contracts, maintaining supplier and contractor relations, and providing support to her colleagues whenever necessary. Isabella possesses strong analytical skills necessary to generate financial reports for the team relating to projects and the franchise to assess the financial health of the business.

Outside of work, Isabella enjoys exploring diverse cultures and cuisines by traveling to various locations. She also has a keen interest in podcasts and spends her free time painting or taking road trips along the coastline. Her passion for personal growth and development is evident in her commitment to continuously learning new skills and gaining new experiences.

Tong Bu
Construction Manager

Tong has extended experience in both estimation and construction management, where she has developed a strong skill set in project planning, project budget, resource and safety management, quality control etc. She is passionate in creating custom interior fitouts that are tailored to clients’ specific needs and preferences.

Tong graduated with a Master of Construction Practice which has supported her ability to deliver at Total Fitouts Brisbane Inner South team. She is committed to delivering your dream fit out within budget and ensure that you receive exceptional customer service and high-quality workmanship. She loves to collaborate with our trusted suppliers and manufacturers to ensure that your project is completed to the highest standards.

In her free time, she enjoys outdoor adventures, mountain climbing and dancing. She believes that an active lifestyle can always build resilience, inspire innovative ideas, leading to increased creativity and problem-solving abilities. She strives to bring these values to everything she does.

Vaughn Mitchell
Project Manager

Vaughn is a Project Manager at Total Fitouts, bringing over 17 years of construction experience to the table. Originally from Central Queensland, he began his career as a residential carpenter, honing his skills and work ethic.

Since moving to Brisbane in 2011, Vaughn has ventured into commercial kitchen installations and carpentry, eventually taking on a role as a Shopfitting Supervisor in 2016. In 2020, he assumed the position of Project Manager at a volume bathroom company, where his expertise shines in managing complex projects. Vaughn plays a crucial role in the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of projects within Total Fitouts Brisbane Inner South. Vaughns primary responsibility is to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget, while meeting the project’s objectives and quality standards.

Outside of work, Vaughn is a passionate lover of the outdoors, frequently embarking on camping adventures. He’s also a music enthusiast who enjoys playing music, and he finds relaxation in gardening. Above all, Vaughn values quality time with his children.

Jarrad Crow
Site Supervisor

Meet Jarrad, our dedicated Site Supervisor at Total Fitouts Brisbane Inner South, with a career journey that reflects his commitment to excellence and growth in the construction industry.

Jarrad embarked on his professional journey as a cabinet maker, crafting high-end kitchens, bathrooms, and contributing to low-rise renovation projects.  After completing his apprenticeship, Jarrad decided to transition into the dynamic fitout industry. For seven years, he honed his skills and expertise in shopfitting, contributing to the successful execution of various projects.

In his pursuit of professional advancement, Jarrad made a strategic move from working on the tools to overseeing operations as a Site Supervisor at Total Fitouts. This career progression allowed him to bring his hands-on experience to a leadership role, ensuring the seamless management of projects. Jarrad’s role includes overseeing and managing the day-to-day activities on our sites. Jarrad’s primary responsibility is to ensure that our projects are completed safely, efficiently and on schedule.

Outside of the workplace, Jarrad finds joy in spending quality time with his family, including his newborn son. In addition to family time, Jarrad has a passion for adventure and adrenaline. He indulges in riding dirtbikes, embracing the thrill of the open outdoors.
