‘Community’ was at the heart of the Bendigo Bank commercial retail fitout with local business and trades being utilised for the build.
Fitout by the Total Fitouts Malvern team, Bendigo Bank, birthed in Bendigo, is a ‘Branch of the Future’ that includes an exciting design, community event space, pop up retail space, an art display area, and a bank in one.
Custom joinery, a retail/art display area, curved walls and bulkheads, speciality wall treatments in the meeting rooms, and custom local art make for an enjoyable and vibrant space.
Due to Victoria’s continued lockdowns, the Total Fitouts Malvern team had to yet again coordinate and navigate supply issues, long lead-time items, and bank-specific client-side contractors, all while offering value management, valuable cost savings, and maintaining a strict build programme.
Mitchell Street’s contemporary new design improves its functionality and redefines the overall customer experience. With a fresh new look and retail fitout design, Bendigo Bank is without a doubt a ‘Branch of the Future.’
