The CTC Tobacconist shop within the Chevron Renaissance Shopping Centre is an extension of the original shop into the neighbouring tenancy with a modern classic look applied throughout the retail space creating seamless visual connections between the existing and the new. Fit out by Total Fitouts Broadbeach, the retail fitout ticked all of the client’s requirements resulting in a standout chain store.
A sound study of the layout and the effective arrangement of shelves and showcases was necessary to create an organised flow of traffic and encourage customers to “loop” within this small store, executed effectively by the team at Total Fitouts Broadbeach.
Joinery needed to be built matching the current fixtures, to complement the existing look and feel plus new design elements, materials and finishes have been added to lift the new space. Accentuating pendant lights surrounded by dark shadow cladded ceilings and walls, a special concrete look paint finish behind the floor units, brand new designed black laminated cigarette storage and showcases, and a partially new illuminated shop front that allows customers to see directly into the shop.
