Total Fitouts Referral Program Terms & Conditions
Eligibility: The Total Fitouts Referral Program (“Program”) is open to all individuals above the age of 18. Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of Total Fitouts, its parent, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Compliance with Employment or Industry Standards: Total Fitouts is not responsible for determining whether a participant’s receipt of a reward or gift is in compliance with the participant’s employment agreement, industry guidelines, or other ethical standards applicable to the participant’s profession. It is the responsibility of the participant to verify if their participation in this Program, or their acceptance of any rewards or gifts, is in accordance with such agreements, guidelines, or standards. By participating in this Program, the participant represents that their participation will not violate any such agreements, guidelines, or standards. If a participant is uncertain about whether they are allowed to participate in this Program or accept a reward or gift, they should contact their employer, ethics officer, or other relevant professional advisor. Total Fitouts disclaims any liability for a participant’s violation of any employment agreement, industry guidelines, or other ethical standards.
Program Period: This Program will continue indefinitely until terminated by Total Fitouts.
Reward Program: Participants are eligible for two types of rewards:
- Share a Lead Reward: Participants will earn a $25 gift card (“Lead Reward”) for every genuine lead shared that requires a commercial fitout, with no cap on how many leads can be referred. A lead is considered “genuine” if it has not been previously introduced to Total Fitouts and if the lead expresses a real interest in a commercial fitout. The Lead reward is only payable to registered Total Fitouts Referral Program participants.
- Referral Conversion Reward: If a lead shared by the participant becomes a client of Total Fitouts, the participant will receive up to $750 in gift cards (“Referral Reward”). The amount rewarded will depend on the value of the project noted in the referral schedule.The referral reward is paid when the client has paid their final invoice in full.
Referral schedule: The gift card value will be determined by the value of the job categorised into three categories. If a lead shared by the participant becomes a client of Total Fitouts and the contract value is between $25,000AUD and $100,000AUD the participant will receive a $200 AUD gift card. If a lead shared by the participant becomes a client of Total Fitouts and the contract value is between $100,001.00AUD and $300,000AUD the participant will receive a $500 AUD gift card. If a lead shared by the participant becomes a client of Total Fitouts and the contract value is over $300,001AUD the participant will receive a $750 AUD gift card.
Program Participation: To participate in the Program, individuals must register via the provided link. After registration, a unique link will be sent to participants to input leads and collect rewards. Reward Redemption: All rewards earned in the Program are subject to verification by Total Fitouts. Once a reward is verified, it will be delivered electronically to the participant’s email registered in the Program.
Payment: All lead rewards and Conversion rewards will be paid monthly in arrears, typically by the 10th of month for the previous months rewards.
Termination: Total Fitouts reserves the right to terminate the Program, or any part thereof, at any time without prior notice.
Changes to T&Cs: Total Fitouts reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. If any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions will be posted on the website immediately. Limitations: Total Fitouts reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not comply with these terms and conditions or who attempts to participate in the Program through improper methods.
Liability: By participating in the Program, the participant agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Total Fitouts, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability or any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Program or any reward won.
Disputes: Any disputes arising out of this Program will be resolved according to the laws of the state in which Total Fitouts is headquartered, without resort to any form of class action. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not participate in the Program. Participation in the Program constitutes the participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these terms and conditions.
