The team used clever design to make the most of the relatively small space, creating a number of private office spaces with glass partitions, conference rooms, break out areas and open plan workspaces. They also fitted a full kitchen with a high-end coffee machine, storage and bench seating.
The project was completed with bespoke brand signage that featured handcrafted wooden elements, as well as LED lighting, spotlights and pendants that helped to create a modern, comfortable and homely feel. One half of the office was occupied by Smith & Sons, a leading commercial extension and renovation specialist, while the other half housed the head office of Total Fitouts, a modern fitout business.
The Smith & Sons section of the office included a mission statement on the wall, as well as a bar with high stools and ample storage spaces for brochures and merchandise. The space was designed to expand as the team grows, providing both functionality and practicality.
The Total Fitouts section of the office featured oversized, spotlit, project images on the walls to showcase the business’s capabilities. The space was furnished with luxurious fittings, storage cupboards and modern furniture, creating a stylish and modern office fitout that is both functional and practical.
Matt Banks and the Total Fitouts Brisbane Inner South team’s attention to detail and clever design solutions have resulted in an impressive and highly functional office space that is sure to inspire and impress both clients and employees alike. The communal spaces really make this space work and the boardroom which can be one huge space, or two smaller rooms works well for any sized business meeting. High tech sound-system, video conferencing and standing desks make this office a space of the modern era of offices.
