The client entrusted Total Fitouts Sunshine Coast South shopfit experts to bring their vision to life, ensuring a seamless and professional transformation.
The commercial fitout brief included five consultation rooms with custom joinery and hand wash stations, as well as a private admin room with bespoke storage. The reception area was a standout with a custom joinery piece, feature timber bulkhead, and stylish custom booth seat, ensuring a professional and welcoming space for patients.

The aftermath showcases a harmonious blend of modern coastal aesthetics with functional medical space requirements. Telia, an in-house commercial designer, highlighted that the reception area featured a sleek, curved desk with warm timber accents and subtle LED strip lighting that created a welcoming ambience. Ishoa, another in-house commercial designer, added that the use of light-coloured materials and soft textures enhanced the overall warmth and serenity of the space. Custom joinery was a standout feature, especially in the built-in shelving and cabinetry in the consultation rooms, combining practicality with visual appeal.
Telia continued, “Natural elements, such as the hanging plants and timber finishes, added a touch of nature, while carefully chosen décor items and soft, diffused lighting contributed to a calming environment.” Unique design elements within the commercial fitout included cork flooring in the reception area to maintain good acoustic properties and a mosaic tile feature on a structural pole in the reception area. The entrance to the commercial shopfit sets the tone with a large timber doorway featuring glass panelling, inviting patrons into the winery’s world. This alteration not only resolved the issue but also enhanced the overall aesthetics of the space, transforming what was once a design challenge into a more elegant and functional feature.

Antique brass round glass wall lights and dimmable ceiling lights set a soothing ambience for relaxation and rejuvenation. The use of white and copper elements, such as beige speckled splash back tiling, floor tiling, and large rounded mirrors, adds a clean and sophisticated touch.
