JANUARY
Oakberry Acai Coolum a commercial hospitality fitout, located on the Sunshine Coast Queensland, was brought to life by the Total Fitouts Sunshine Coast North team. The owners of Oakberry Acai Coolum contacted the commercial shop fitting / project management team to help them bring to life their Australian flagship commercial hospitality fitout.
The shopfit experts said, “We was tasked with creating an inviting, young, eye-popping fitout. The floor was one of the key design features that really worked in the high-traffic space….”
FEBRUARY
Nippon Japanese Bar and Kitchen a commercial hospitality fitout, located in Perth, Western Australia, was brought to life by the Total Fitouts Perth South team. The owners contacted the commercial shop fitting / project management team to help them bring to life their modern Japanese commercial hospitality fitout.
The owners of Nippon Bar and Kitchen, a Japanese-style Bar or Izakaya, wanted to create a “fun, rowdy place to drink the best of what Japan has to offer, along with delicious Japanese Tapas and, most importantly, a friendly, fun, comfortable, relaxing, unique place to hang out with your company…”
MARCH
During the International Conference 2023, Total Fitouts announced the winners of the prestigious 2022 design and fit out awards. The coveted awards are a chance to shine a spotlight on some of the high-quality design projects delivered by the Total Fitouts partners across Australia and New Zealand.
Nominated by franchise partners, the prestigious design awards are judged by an external architecture firm Bec Caldwell and Maytree Studios. There were 8 ‘Best Of’ categories covering both design and each fitout industry (Retail fitout, Medical fitout, Fitness fitout, Wellness & Beauty fitout, Office fitout, and Hospitality fitout).
APRIL
Blondee Salon a commercial wellness & beauty fitout, located in Brisbane Queensland, was brought to life by the Total Fitouts Brisbane Inner South team. The owners contacted the commercial shop fitting / project management team to help them bring to life their modern commercial wellness & beauty fitout.
The shopfit experts says, “The Blondee client didn’t want the extensive fitout to interrupt the business’s busy workflow. They desired the end result in only 4 days. So careful planning, night work, time management, coordinating local trades and timely procurement of fixtures and fittings were essential…”
MAY

JULY
A Touch of Beauty a commercial wellness & beauty fitout, located in central Adelaide South Australia, was brought to life by the Total Fitouts Adelaide Central team. The owners contacted the commercial shop fitting / project management team to help them bring to life their beautiful commercial wellness & beauty fitout.
The shopfit experts says, “The overarching design concept aimed to achieve a warm and inviting atmosphere with a minimal and natural colour palette, creating a soothing and relaxing environment…”
AUGUST
Thai Room a commercial hospitality fitout, located in central Adelaide South Australia, was brought to life by the Total Fitouts Adelaide Central team. The owners contacted the commercial shop fitting / project management team to help them bring to life their luxurious commercial hospitality fitout.
Danielle Camerlengo, in-house commercial designer for Total Fitouts Adelaide Central says, “Hanging exposed lighting fixtures, a large lamp at the back of the restaurant, and small table lamps create a captivating and mood-enhancing lighting scheme, adding to the luxurious and moody hospitality fitout…”
SEPTEMBER
Perfect Potions a commercial retail fitout, located in busy George Street New South Wales, was brought to life by the Total Fitouts Surry Hills and Parramatta team. Square Massage and Acupuncture a commercial wellness & beauty fitout, located in coastal Noosa Sunshine Coast, was brought to life by the Total Fitouts Sunshine Coast South team.
